Delivery Terms:

- The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer according to the selected delivery method.

- If the item is in stock, the Seller dispatches or hands over the goods within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment in their bank account.

- In urgent cases, if the Buyer requires faster dispatch or delivery, the Buyer should contact the Seller to discuss available options.

- Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method. Available options include:

- OMNIVA parcel locker — €3.00

- Courier delivery outside the European Union (DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) — from €25

- Pickup in Āgenskalns (Margrietas iela 7) by prior arrangement — free of charge

- If the Buyer wishes to use a different delivery method, this must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.

- If there is a delay in order preparation, the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly.

- The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the selected shipping service provider (e.g. Omniva, etc.).

- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item has not been used;
• The item is in its original packaging, with all original labels, and in full condition;
• The item is not stained, wrinkled, or otherwise damaged;

For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, socks, and hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged.

- To return an item, the Buyer must complete a withdrawal form, which can be requested by emailing lexdarbnica@gmail.com.
- The Buyer is responsible for covering the costs of returning the item;
- The Seller will issue a refund to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Items that have been modified or made according to the Buyer’s individual request cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with applicable regulations;
- If the delivered item is defective or does not meet the required quality standards, the Seller will cover all costs related to the return or exchange.
- By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and understood their right of withdrawal and the procedure for completing the withdrawal form.
- If the Buyer wishes to exchange an item, the costs related to the exchange (including return delivery via OMNIVA — €3.00) are covered by the Buyer. An invoice for the return delivery will be issued based on the selected delivery method.
