Shipping policy
The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer according to the delivery method selected by the Buyer.
If the item is in stock, the Seller ships or hands over the order within 1–3 business days from the moment full payment has been received in the Seller’s bank account.
In urgent cases, if faster shipping or collection is required, the Buyer should contact the Seller to arrange possible expedited processing.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. Available options include:
- Omniva parcel locker delivery – €3.00
- Omniva parcel locker delivery to Lithuania and Estonia - €7.00
- Courier delivery outside the European Union (DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) – from €25
- In-store pickup in Riga (Āgenskalna iela 33) – free of charge (by prior arrangement)
If the Buyer wishes to use a different delivery method, this must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.
If there is a delay in order preparation, the Seller will promptly inform the Buyer about the delay.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider chosen by the Buyer (such as Omniva or others).
