Refund policy
When purchasing a ready-made product, the Buyer has the right to return the item within 14 days from the date of receipt by notifying us of the return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with original tags attached;
- be in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt.
Custom Orders
For custom or made-to-order items (including personalised products), orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and offer a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- custom-made or personalised products;
- discounted items;
- gift cards.
If you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the Buyer will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
