About the e-shop
Are the products available right away?
Yes, all products displayed in the e-store are available immediately, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.
How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, individual orders are possible (size, color, etc.). Please send your wishes in the Contacts section, following the instructions in the "Individual orders" section.
When will I be contacted after placing a custom order?
After placing your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to clarify all the details of your order.
Billing
What payment methods are available?
Payment is possible:
- by bank transfer;
- in cash upon receipt of the goods in person (by prior arrangement).
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method:
- Omniva parcel machine – 3.00 EUR;
- Delivery outside the EU (DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) – from 25 EUR;
- In-person pickup (by prior arrangement) – free of charge.
Can delivery be free?
Yes, shipping is free for purchases over 200 EUR.
You can also receive the product in person without delivery fees.
How fast is shipping?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped or delivered within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
What happens if delivery is delayed?
If there is a delay in preparing the order, we will immediately inform the Buyer.
The seller is not responsible for delays related to the operation of delivery service providers (Omniva, etc.).
