This Montfay softshell coat is lightweight, feminine and made for positive, bright everyday moments. A dark grey base creates a harmonious backdrop for expressive butterflies in pink, lilac and grey tones, giving the coat a playful yet elegant character. The silhouette fits naturally and highlights the waist, while the adjustable drawstring allows you to adjust the cut for comfort and style.

Winter

Everything is lined with Italian synthetic winterizer.
Temperature: +5 / -15 degrees (fleece layer + padding polyester).
Fabric: waterproof (moisture-repellent) fabric (10,000 mm – not intended for heavy rain), warm and breathable (500 gsm).

Spring – Autumn

Lined with a thin slip lining (coat).
Temperature: 0 / +20 degrees (coats have a fleece layer).

Jacket: lined with mesh lining.

Spring – Summer

Coats and jackets are lined with a sliding or mesh lining of your choice.
Temperature: +10 / +20 degrees.
Fabric: lightweight waterproof (moisture-repellent) fabric (10,000 mm – not intended for heavy rain), warm and breathable (300 gsm).

Delivery Terms:

- The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer according to the selected delivery method.

- If the item is in stock, the Seller dispatches or hands over the goods within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment in their bank account.

- In urgent cases, if the Buyer requires faster dispatch or delivery, the Buyer should contact the Seller to discuss available options.

- Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method. Available options include:

- OMNIVA parcel locker — €3.00

- Courier delivery outside the European Union (DHL, DPD, EMS, etc.) — from €25

- Pickup in Āgenskalns (Margrietas iela 7) by prior arrangement — free of charge

- If the Buyer wishes to use a different delivery method, this must be agreed upon with the Seller in advance.

- If there is a delay in order preparation, the Seller will inform the Buyer promptly.

- The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the selected shipping service provider (e.g. Omniva, etc.).

- Pircējam ir tiesības atteikties no pasūtītās preces vai to samainīt 14 dienu laikā no pasūtījuma saņemšanas brīža, ja tiek ievēroti šādi nosacījumi:

• Prece nav lietota;
• Prece atrodas oriģinālajā iepakojumā ar oriģinālajām preču zīmēm un pilnā komplektācijā;
• Prece nav sasmērēta, saburzīta vai citādi bojāta;
• Higiēnas apsvērumu dēļ apakšveļu, zeķubikses, zeķes, higiēnas priekšmetus nav iespējams apmainīt vai atgriezt atpakaļ.

- Lai atteiktos no pasūtītās preces, Pircējam elektroniski jāaizpilda Atteikuma veidlapa, ko var saņemt rakstot uz info@montfay.com.
- Izmaksas, kas saistītas ar preču atgriešanu Pircēja atteikuma dēļ sedz Pircējs;
- Pārdevējs veic naudas atgriešanu uz Pircēja bankas kontu 14 dienu laikā no atgrieztās preces saņemšanas brīža.
- Ja Pircējs ir lūdzis veikt izmaiņas precē un tā ir izgatavota pēc individuāla pasūtījuma, prece netiek pieņemta atpakaļ un netiek mainīta (saskaņā ar MK 255 22.punkts);
- Gadījumos, ja piegādātajai precei ir konstatēti defekti vai tās kvalitāte neatbilst noteiktajiem standartiem, Pārdevējs sedz visas izmaksas, kas saistītas ar preces apmaiņu vai atgriešanu.
- Noslēdzot distances līgumu, Pircējs apliecina, ka ir iepazinies ar atteikuma tiesībām un atteikuma veidlapas aizpildīšanas kārtību.
- Ja Pircējs vēlas veikt preces apmaiņu, ar apmaiņu saistītās izmaksas (atkārtotas piegādes izmaksas ar OMNIVA – 3,00 EUR) sedz Pircējs. Par atkārtotu piegādi tiek izrakstīts rēķins atbilstoši izvēlētajam piegādes veidam.
